Cyclone separator

Cyclone separator is a reliable and efficient method to separate labels from plastic bottles by air flow.

When working normally, the light material is directly removed from the cyclone separator by the centrifugal fan, and the material that cannot be removed rotates together with the rotating impeller. The eccentricity of the feeding pipe and the rotating impeller and the centrifugal force of the material itself force the material todrop from the end face of the blade and leave the cyclone separator through the lower cone.

GET's cyclone separators have been developed with a special feeding auger to ensure airflow balance during material separation.
