Introduction of Cyclone Separator
Taking use of airflow to separate out label from plastic flakes is a common and effective method, the cyclone separator is a typical device. The separation wing at the bottom of Cyclone separator, generates centrifugal force to beat plastic flakes. The plastic flakes hit the cyclone, heavy plastic flakes bounced back and drop down, while light labels will be suck out by centrifugal ventilator. Our cyclone separator is designed a special screw feeder to keep air flow balance during running for a stable separation. A label collector is used to collect label and keep the airflow balance in the system.
